timberling coffee

about

Rooted here.

The best coffee isn’t always the rarest or most expensive. It’s the one you come back for. We roast our own beans and keep it simple — a coffee worth the stop. Rooted in ritual. Built on routine. Come find your rhythm.

The mission

Timberling is on a mission to make specialty coffee accessible and understandable to all, while building community through everyday relationships — a value add to your rhythms and routines, whether it’s a latte from the cart or our beans on your counter at home.

Timber, and -ling — a seedling, a sapling. Small on purpose. The logo is a stand of trees growing out of half a coffee bean, because that’s the order things happen in: a harvest somewhere becomes a morning here.

Where it grew — country, region, elevation.

Technique

How it was processed and dried after picking.

Taste

What it tastes like, in plain words.

Tone

How dark we roasted it — light, medium, dark — and the number behind it.

The cart is timberling coffee: lattes, bags, stickers, your morning. The roastery is Timberling Coffee Roasters: the same beans in 2 lb and 5 lb for cafés, offices and anyone who goes through a lot of coffee. Same trees, same bean, different scale.
